Damian has an outstanding background in the hospitality industry, having worked at famous hotels like Miami Beach's Deauville and Eden Rock and Las Vegas' Stardust and Caesars Palace in the 80s. He later relocated to Key West, Florida, where he founded and launched the well-known Paradise Cafe in the early 90s. Currently, he manages the day-to-day operations of The Keys to the Keys alongside his spouse and is a parent to four lovely children.
