This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and filled with everything you would possibly need for your stay. Yuni is very responsive to any inquiries you may have. We enjoyed our vacation and definitely would return and recommend others to stay here.

Everything you need and would want in a vacation spot. Cleanliness, proximity, and great food. This condo is the perfect size for a family vacation, and there is so much to do in marathon. Local beaches are top notch and plenty of local charters for snorkeling, sandbars, and sunsets. Keywest and Duval Street are an hour a way, with plenty of things to do. My family can’t stop talking about this vacation and how we wanna go back sooner than later!

wanna start off by saying Yuri is the best from start to finish she helped me with everything the condo was so beautiful and clean and even had so many extras my kids and my little family absolutely enjoyed the time there we will definitely be using Yuni again for our stay next time !

My family and I came down to escape Ohio winter. The place was just perfect for getting away from it all and enjoying the island life. We enjoyed the local beach, pool, and central location of Marathon. Just enough distance between Key West and other local attractions. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this condo. The unit was brand new and well decorated. Views are excellent, pool was great, and beach and water was great.

Stop reading and BOOK NOW! This condo is absolutely pristine! Everything in this condo is in mint condition, including all furniture, bedding, décor, appliances, amenities, etc. The MOST comfortable king size beds, super quiet and peaceful, with a pool and directly on the beach — what more could you ask for? The condo was stocked with anything/everything you could need to make yourself at home, along with games, cards, beach toys, and even bikes to take a little stroll on. Every detail so well thought out, down to blender, coffee machine, Yeti/Stanley tumblers for the beach and coolers. We had the absolute best stay and felt right at home, in this piece of paradise!

This condo is brand new, well designed, clean & beautiful. There are some very thoughtful extra amenities that were of help to us. (Cooler bag, insulated travel mugs, beach blanket). We used the gas grill without difficulty. Photos and description are accurate. Yuni was immediately responsive to offer recommendations. Would highly recommend.

The place was amazing, it had great accommodations, was very well kept, and was in a great location! Whenever we had anything to contact Yuni about, she responded very quickly and was very helpful. Overall a great stay.

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

This place must be brand new. It was so clean and perfect. Felt like I was at a four seasons. Can’t say enough about how clean and brand new everything is. Location was perfect. Had everything you could need on vacation. Would def recommend staying here. The host was a pleasure to deal with also. All around a phenomenal stay and a great time
